in the beginning...

and so it begins. so often i find recipes that look so amazing and yet everyone says they're terribly difficult to make. almond macaroons, chinese hand pulled noodles, kouing aman... sound too difficult? i never was one to be told i couldn't make something. thus my endeavor to show my fellow food lovers how easy, or not so easy, it is for the average cook to make splendidly "difficult" recipes. i hope you enjoy my efforts... i know i will. if you have any recipes you'd like me to try, send them my way.
